A lot of PGR's named tracks are both boss music, and character themes. The theme is either for the character that you're supposed to be playing, or the boss you're fighting. This theme *is* for the boss fight with Rosetta, the centaur girl that they show, but I believe it's also her character theme. Fun note, too, about Rosetta. She holds the record for time keeping a spot in PGR's meta. I believe it's over 4 years.
In addition, not just the boss's theme, but also the fighters' theme. The piano melody you heard in the song was Alpha's, as they reused the melody back into her own song for the Crimson Weave frame. It's not just the music for a fight, it's the music for THE fight. NGL this starting to remind me of Ace Combat Zero.
