Is Minotaur spam still viable? Age of Mythology RETOLD

Aom Retold 1v1 Ranked gameplay. I usually prefer to go cyclops but obviously as Zeus you don't get access to cyclops. I think Minotaur spam is still strong especially since you get 20% more favor as Zeus.
