I feel like its not only the season but also month 12 of 12 its a lot of reflection that we do after the year is almost over and things start to feel a bit heavy & even if you might not think of certain things that happened this year it caught up to all of us cause sometimes we just don’t have time to process things since life be going so fast !
May I add suggestions? Just continue to think outside the box for new ideals: Maybe going to a flower shop, comfort food ( healthy and treats. Mind your physical health), create a playlist that changes your mood, cut down on social media or review what you are following. Commit to dancing to a song daily hopefully it becomes fun and exercise more. Watch comedies with friends and snacks!! PRAY. That's all I could think of off the top of my head. You and all your subscribers are needed here. Stay in touch often with those who support you. Sending all prayers, peace and light.
