    Dr. GrandeWhat is the correct test for measuring/comparing change in percentages of three groups that were measured twice. For instance, three groups of schools measuring changes in percentage before and after an event. The only thing I can come with is to use McNemar and test each group against the other independently. I appreciate your expertise.

    Can cochran q- test be applied to this data?

    They say McNemar is not great test to use for post-hoc. Cochran's Q for 2 samples is the way to go for post-hoc.

    What if we have missing data for one of the groups? Are these tests still eligible ?
