The saying is still true 'you get what you pay for'. This light is an insult to garbage. The problems with it are lengthy 1) square spot is very distracting with it's 'reticle' appearance. 2) flood feature would better be described as a wider spot 3) batteries are a joke; about three and a half to four hours to charge for only about two hours of run time. When the battery is 'depleted' and put back on the charger it immediately shows 3 out of the 4 lights of the charging indicator. If it still has 3 quarters of a charge then why does it die? 4) There is no way this thing is anywhere near as bright as it claims. 5) The difference between the high and low light settings is almost imperceptible. 6) Would have been nice to have a manual or even just a single piece of paper pointing out the need to remove the plastic from the batteries as one end covers the terminals which, of course, prevents charging.
If I can offer just one positive thing; the build quality doesn't seem to be bad.
All that said, if you want a quality light that performs as advertised spend the money necessary and go with Coast, Lenser, Fenix or Black and Decker for that matter. My opinion for what it's probably not worth is that just about any other major brand would be better than this thing.

How long does it last from full charge continuously used

That depends on the quality of the 18650 batteries you use. The Vastfire branded batteries that came with it last for hours. I've used them throughout an evening in the winter (dark around 5pm) and they never ran down. I was able to do this over multiple days on the lower setting.
