(Tamil ) FACILITY MANAGEMENT - SOFT SERVICE - AN INTRODUCTION

There is no need of specialized persons to execution of Soft service of FM and well trained employees are enough for execution.
The operation manager is team leader. The Asst manager assists him in all area.
The FM coordinator assists them to run the site without any issues.
The supervisors are gross root level execution of FM tasks
CMMS is used registered day today activities and generating reports too.
There is no PPM tasks too.

Hi viajy -- How are you . May i know your working status, because it depends up on it . If you are working at Soft service , the nature of execution tasks are entirely different from the hard service . Please confirm it ... For Hard service -you must be known the fundamental concepts of hard service such as PPM, BDMC , Procurement , LPO , Proforma invoice , check list activist ,e,tc . If you are working in Plumbing section as a Plumber , you must be aware about valve , Primary & Secondary Pumps , Sewage plant ,connector - Male & female , washbasin , heater functions, etc
