Made this today, minus the asafoetida, and it was spectacularly awesome. Had it with a little bit of rice and coconut curry and also as a lettuce wrap. Rates as a 10/10 - simply superb. Thank you Sangeeta🙏🏼

Here is the English translation of the ingredients and steps as described in this video.
Ingredients:-
1 table spoon - oil
I bunch - celery
1 tea spoon - mustard seeds (in Hindi rai)
I tea spoon - cumin seeds (in Hindi jeera)
I pinch - Asafoetida (in Hindi heeng)
2 small spicy green chilies
1 tea spoon - turmeric powder (in Hindi haldi powder)
3-4 table spoon- Chickpea flour (in Hindi Besan)
Steps:-
0. Cut a bunch of celery and wash it.
1. In a pan put some oil and let it warm…add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, heeng.
2. After a minute of the things spluttering add the cut green chilies and turmeric powder. Let the chillies cook for 30 seconds
3. Put cut celery in the pan and add salt to taste. Mix it all up nicely. Only cook it for 30 seconds to preserve the celery’s crunch. Cook on low flame and cover with a lid.
4. Add the chick pea flour (that will help soak them extra moisture). Mix it with celery and cook it to cook the chicken pea flour. Add some lemon juice to taste. Sprinkle coriander leaves on top (if you like it). Don’t over cook it to preserve crunch.
