Wonderful interpretation of a CCR classic. Ashlie's soulful voice shone through on the high harmonies and, as we've come to expect, Dale's playing was spot on.
Nice rendition and CCR is one of my all time favorites. Ironic that John Fogerty was born in Berkeley and raised in El Cerrito, which are two places most would not want to be stuck in these days, while Lodi has become a wonderful place to live with wineries, olive orchards, micro breweries and down to earth folks.
Fabulous! Nothing better to cheer a fella up than with my favorite guitar player pickin some CCR! It was great to finally get to meet you at the show. I’m stoked that you came home. Tony
well this is an unexpected pleasure this morning, just woke-up and there it is haha...extra-nice take on the famous-tune, easy listening, instantly takes me back to when i was 7 when i thought fogerty was singing, so i sung it..."o Lord, im stuck all over again"...lol that made alot of people laugh way back when. nice rendition and its good to look you and ash in the eye instead of the profile for a change and as always 61...kutgw!!!...p.s. if john wasnt 1 of the greatest songwriters ever...i dont know who was...
Great guitar work, great vocals with a little bit of a twist on the original, great background vocals and great shaker lololol. Always a great treat to listen to you guys. Kevin O'Rourke
Sure hope John Fogerty gets to hear this fine acoustic version of his song from 1969. It was a very pleasant surprise on the B-side of my 45 single "Bad Moon Rising."
wow what a treat! SO great to hear from you - you remain in my thoughts and even some recent conversations. Hope you are well and enjoying your guitars!
