    Always always always, use a little extra virgin olive oil.
    It does help in the protection of the Teflon and your cookwear will last longer.

      I always bring oil with me! Or better yet, coconut oil
      Thanks for your comment Wil

      Andy T - I’ve done just that, an extra handle helps when you have all the pots and pans going at the same time

    Is this too big for a solo motorcycle camper?

    Interested until I saw that it was coated in Teflon. I don't care what DuPont says, it can't be healthy to heat Teflon up and cook your food in it. Wish they had a version that was not coated.

      Kimo Clyde Hi there. They now have this set in stainless steel. It’s on the gsi website as well as campsaver.com. I just got one & it’s Very nice. Have a great day.

      He's a purebred Weimaraner. A rescue. The most mellow Weim on the planet. he's getting ready to turn 6. If you make it far south, and I mean SW FLA we have some great camping. Obviously during the winter.
      look me up.

    Do you only get one handle? What if you're using both pots?

    • @TrailAndMountain
      @TrailAndMountain  6 лет назад

      Yes, there is only one handle but I have had both pots cooking on my stove and the handle is super easy to switch from pot to pot. Thanks for your comment Maryann! Erin Go Bragh

    I could be wrong but It doesn’t look like you have any experience using this set, it’s difficult to see a product review from a person who’s not familiar with the product itself, especially how the folding handle slides in and clicks

      Hello and thank you for your comment. I always try to approach my videos like I have no idea what I am doing for the average consumer who has never seen a kit like this before. I have plenty of years of knowledge and experience but I feel that most people will appreciate the simplicity of how I edit, shoot and explain the gear in my videos. Thanks again for your comment!
