    Hi Goran - just a quick note, I did notice using demo data on PDI you can get historical data by running the Repair SLA function. :)

    Hi Göran, nice video. Could you please let us know whether the definition fields can be extended? You have Assignment group and Assigned to. We need more fields there (e.g. Business service). Is it possible to add more? even custom ones? thank you

    Hi Gordan,
    I have tried the same thing what you hve done.. But when i am clicking on any sla ,the sla breakdown part is not loading .. Its blank..
    I hve even tried to create a new incident .. Still it is not getting ticked .
    Can you tel me why ?

      Hi, on Baseline configuration it is only configured for Priority 1 & 2 SLAs. Are these the ones you are testing on?

      Hi Goran, I am having the same issue where I did the same thing but when I clicked on the SLA, the SLA Breakdown is not appearing at the bottom, unlike 5:28 mark of your video. Instead of SLA Breakdown, I get Versions. I even tried this for Priority 1 & 2 SLAs. What am I doing wrong? Thank you.

      Yea, I think there is a lot of managers out there that would really like to use this if they know it's possible to use.
