You're exactly right. The consciousness you develop when in a relationship that is, for instance, Narcissistic. I left in November, this time for good, after cycles over the past 3 years. Over Dec and till now, he constantly got me to go see him, spend time there, etc. I haven't tolerated the nonsense though and this week it seemed to come to a halt from his side too Yesterday, (when Pluto moved - I wasn't even aware), I felt so anxious and depressed, knowing full well that I should NOT be in that situation, and should be relieved to be gone. It was hard. It's gruelling to know he has NO ONE else in the world, at 65, and that, as he says, I really was his one and only love, but realising fully that it was because of what I brought to him - empathy, compassion, love and, of course other "supply". He thrashed it, though, with all the typical Narc abuse and (online) infidelity. I deserve so much and now having to deal with CPTSD and cognitive dissonance. I simply can't allow it any longer.
stay strong. and be kind to yourself. you left already you're not unworthy for still wanting to hope that evil in them was just your paranoia. dont fall back into them from your own self shame! x

I grew up the oldest of 5 and was always the reliable one....the helper. It was important for me to always know what I was doing or what I was I was talking about...being a beginner made me feel inadequate. Definitely took some time to heal from that wound but I made it through 😊.

I can totally relate to this, in regards to my job; a small business woth only 3 of us, working with dogs. which I ABSOLUTELY love, but the undermining, under the surface mean girl shit is SO exhausting anymore I'm having a hard time MAKING myself go to work. Even though I NEED this job and havent found any other opportunities for other work. This reading is just exactly the one hour talk with my brother about our family history.. Dear lord it went messy as fuck.. And I'm furious about it. He just told me to finally let go of all trauma that happened, I don't how to let go of rape - but Yeah, for men It's just Sex right... 😡 So he told me, you can't change those events anyway... You can't let go of trauma easily especially those, which are traumatised to the core emotionally.. It's a deep wound that need to be healed by a lot of steps, time and distance. Starting over with a blank page doesn't work with trauma. You have to be brave to go in and digg deep, feel emotions, learn to cope, learn the new abilities that comes up during the procees. After healing trauma you can start with a blank page, bc the trauma stays in past and don't sneaks into your present any longer. Some people don't get this at all.
I am so sorry for the trauma you experienced and the pain it has caused you. You did not deserve any of it. The question for you now is, how much more of your life do you want to give over to your past pain. How much potential peace , joy and happiness do you want to delay so that you can sit in the pain of the past? Your answer will tell you everything you need to know. I hope your heart finds peace and your soul can fly. We all have wings, but some of us don’t know why. Best of luck to you.

The road in romantic relationships has gotten narrow since I have learned the lesson that anyone who is coming to me after their life blows up inside a bad marriage etc; is really just looking for a place to land and it's not going to be on, or with me. In my experience, those that relationship-hop or are serial-monogamists (can't spend time alone) are not sustainable partner material. They will rarely do the work of actually healing before needing to jump into the arms of another. I would have to still be in a pretty unhealthy place within myself to accept such an offer, or to think that this person will actually do what is required to have a healthy relationship (Mars and North Node in Aqua). I can totally relate to this, in regards to my job; a small business woth only 3 of us, working with dogs. which I ABSOLUTELY love, but the undermining, under the surface mean girl shit is SO exhausting anymore I'm having a hard time MAKING myself go to work. This reading is just exactly the one hour talk with my brother about our family history.. Dear lord it went messy as fuck..

He just told me to finally let go of all trauma that happened, I don't how to let go of rape - but Yeah, for men It's just Sex right... 😡 So he told me, you can't change those events anyway... You can't let go of trauma easily especially those, which are traumatised to the core emotionally.. It's a deep wound that need to be healed by a lot of steps, time and distance.
Starting over with a blank page doesn't work with trauma. You have to be brave to go in and digg deep, feel emotions, learn to cope, learn the new abilities that comes up during the procees.
After healing trauma you can start with a blank page, bc the trauma stays in past and don't sneaks into your present any longer.
Some people don't get this at all.
I am so sorry for the trauma you experienced and the pain it has caused you. You did not deserve any of it. The question for you now is, how much more of your life do you want to give over to your past pain. How much potential peace , joy and happiness do you want to delay so that you can sit in the pain of the past? Your answer will tell you everything you need to know. I hope your heart finds peace and your soul can fly. We all have wings, but some of us don’t know why.

The road in romantic relationships has gotten narrow since I have learned the lesson that anyone who is coming to me after their life blows up inside a bad marriage etc; is really just looking for a place to land and it's not going to be on, or with me. In my experience, those that relationship-hop or are serial-monogamists (can't spend time alone) are not sustainable partner material. They will rarely do the work of actually healing before needing to jump into the arms of another.
