Personally, i like the type of tablets that let me see the screen on said tablet, this is nice though.

I'm the same haha! I do have a slight preference for pen displays as well. It just feels more analog. The addition of the paper-like texture for this pen tablet makes it feel more natural though.

how has the tablet surface faired? I've heard that some xppen pen tablets surfaces chip like paint instead of wearing down like an intuos tablet would.
I haven't used it long enough to know. Right now, I primarily use an XPPEN Artist 22 (2nd Gen) [It's a pen display]. But that does sound concerning. First time hearing about it though.
can we pinch to zoom in and out this?
I don't have more than 2k on my tablet. I don't use any brushes that support pencil sensitivity. I use the +/- to affect my brush size.
People who has more than one digital pencil said they don't need more than 4k if it is well done (like apple).
What's your opinion?
i think the sensitivity of when the tablet first registers an input is the only metric that matters. these crazy amounts of levels are just marketing, just like dpi in computer mice
Did it come with the keypad included? Because according to their specs, it's only included with the XL model; and sold separately for the smaller ones
They gave me the Deco Pro MW model. It did come with the keypad for me.
The number of pressure levels is a good selling point but no one really notices much difference in drawing performance. I wish they add barrel roll like in apple pencil
Had no idea apple pencil had a barrel roll feature. I do recall one of the wacom pens having this feature. Although sadly, I believe they discontinued that model.
Tell that to My Deco Pro M. Compared to that this feels amazing. It takes way less pressure to activate.
