I have just about the same setup except I’m running 39mm pwks on race gas and a +8 swingarm which I recommend all day. Can’t go wrong with a 4mm cub, best bang for your buck.

His was a little knackered because something was up with the governor assembly or whatever the hell that thing is that operates the power valve. So it was a gamble if it would work or not when ya needed it. When it wanted to work, whooo hoooo hang on!!

Should I bore stock cylinder cuz there scarred and port and polish them?, or should I go with a kit off of eBay? Money is not the problem I just don’t want to build a drag quad, and nothing to crazy. I love the bike, I like how Stock it looks. I love the doubters. 300’ dirt drag guys have monster 1800 cc triple cylinder motors. Those are purposely built to do 1 thing, yours looks like a lot of fun. Props on the Pro build + Dyno Tune. The bike should be reliable. Lots of 100 horse bikes, not a lot that arnt stretched, slammed and on the raw edge of going full grenade mode. Check out the “King of the River” guys from Oklahoma. They have some nasty bikes and ride hard.
+1 on the stock look! I HATE the billet, chrome everything, lowered and stretched and cut to hell fenders with tiny healights and candy paint. ugh... so ugly and its really popular nerf bars, bark busters, stock stance is about all you need. best look

Cool I got the same setup as your bike except I got to stock transmission and I got cpi's button trying to pop wheelies in 4th gear everything else ported engine ported because Brandon Wiseco 68 I'm just trying to pull wheelies in 4th gear

2 strokes dont do a compression ratio and it doesnt matter bore doesnt matter none of that matters, it all in the port work that its had done\, that what really make a a fast banshee
Have you considered longer A arms and a wider axle? A friend of mine had one that was plus 2 inches I believe and although it was tight on some trails it made it so much better.
The downfall of a 421 cub is that it's a topend motor. In tight trails, it would be a dog, I have a stock cylinder, a 4mill short rod, and wouldn't have anything else
hellcat channel yeah there both good companies my uncle had an 01 banshee that Cascade did a 4mil to, and this last Saturday I was parked next to one of the Redline guys at Winchester cause my banshee wasn’t running right so he helped me out the best he could but it just didn’t wanna fire. Cascade has been more than happy to help me if I call with a question unlike some places won’t answer they’ll just tell you bring it in and charge you.
hellcat channel I just redid all the electrical did CDI Stator ignition coil and fly wheel that’s why I had it out to test it but pretty sure it’s the carbs getting too much fuel they’re worn out so just gonna do the single carb kit less to work on and I use the lower end it’ll give me for climbing anyways

Not to be nosy, but can you give a rounded number on the price of motor work done and the total price of everything including bike price (rounded of course). Meaning if you did sell the bike what would be the asking price. Ballpark. Not that I’m poor or anything, but not rich either lol.

It still spins on pavement, I'm running a cel needle and 15-40 gearing as well. Only difference is I have 38mm carbs

You need a 421 serval
Stock rz 350 has I believe 38 hp the banshee is detuned retuned whatever gotta be close to that you would think
Stock RZ is closer to 50. Also has powervalves. Good pipes get it over 50, and a lot lighter.

@@showtyme843 I knew a guy who managed to get 90hp out of a CRF450 engine. bored, stroked, built everything, cost a fortune. it didnt last long at all.. too much heat and stress on 4 stroke engines
Not to be nosy, but can you give a rounded number on the price of motor work done and the total price of everything including bike price (rounded of course). Meaning if you did sell the bike what would be the asking price. Ballpark. Not that I’m poor or anything, but not rich either lol.
