I suffer from really bad anxiety and panic attacks. I’m going through a really hard time, the hardest of my life. When I feel anxious and overwhelmed I put this on and feel an almost instant relieve and lowering of my anxiety. Nature is everything. There is one in particular that is soothing to them. It’s of a Mama cat and her kittens that can’t be, maybe, over a week old. She is communicating through little sweet sounds and purring quite deeply to create a bond that cannot be broken. My cat of 17 years passed away tonight and I played this video while I was cuddling her as she passed on, I could see in her eyes the comfort it helped bring her as she passed away in my arms in was truly beautiful and she was so comfortable. I used to run to the woods when I was younger to escape my parents. Everytime I was at the house I felt a little sick, but the moment I ran outside I'd immediately feel better. Right now I've gotten *really* sick, and putting this on while looking my window made me feel a lot better

Yesterday was a sadder one with my senior foster cat passing over the rainbow bridge. He was a bit of curmudgeon but I loved him as much as I could and that he would allow me. I knew it was time when he struggled to stand and get away from me so I laid him down in his little cave, put a curtain over it and played this to help him remember when he was younger, free, and king Tom cat of his block. I named him Old Man Logan. Rest well, Logan. I’ll miss you very much. He’s in the hands of God now.

This may sound silly, but this particular track saved me from a deep depression. I've always struggled with it, but this time it was much worse. It didn't help that it was the middle of winter, I was stuck indoors. This video kept me calm and retained the little sanity I could cling to. On rough days, I come back and within moments I'm feeling better.

daily meditation helps with panic attacks. once ive had panic attacks too. look up the tibetian monk "yongey mingur rinpoche". He suffered from immense panic attacks and healed it with simple meditation. sry for bad english. greetings from austria

I've been really struggling with lockdown, being stuck at home 24/7 since I had a nasty fall outside last week. The noise from my next door neighbours is driving me mad and I havent been able to use my conservatory in weeks because of their noise and music blasting out. My 12 year old son recommended this video, which he uses to relax. We set up the soundbar in the conservatory, put this on and hey presto- 3 hours of chill time. Wish I had found it weeks ago!

I used to listen to this as I did things versus watching violence and profanity on TV. One of my 2 cats would stand in front of the TV watching for the birds. He would sit for a good 20 minutes. I have just returned to this and reminds me of my cat that I had to let go of- poor health but 17 years old. I just lost him a few weeks ago. So while I enjoy it, brings back memories of my cat but facing grief. God how I miss him! Thanks for this peaceful journey, helping to forget about all the issues in every day life that we have to face. So peaceful and relaxing.

Since I found this video, I've had longer sleeps and better days. I struggled to go to sleep in complete silence something was missing and it frustrated me more every morning when I wake up. Now all I do is slip my earphones in, close my eyes and within a couple minutes, that beautiful sound sets me to sleep and I feel so much better in the mornings. I feel more refreshed and it's just amazing. Thank you for uploading this video it was such a thoughtful thing for you to do!

I suffer from really bad anxiety and panic attacks. I’m going through a really hard time, the hardest of my life. When I feel anxious and overwhelmed I put this on and feel an almost instant relieve and lowering of my anxiety. Nature is everything. Finally, I can study without having a panic attack! I suffer with pretty bad anxiety, and its unbelievable how much this helps. I can focus on my work for long periods of time without being stressed out of my mind. I know you probably wont see this but thank you so much.

There is one in particular that is soothing to them. It’s of a Mama cat and her kittens that can’t be, maybe, over a week old. Yesterday was a sadder one with my senior foster cat passing over the rainbow bridge. He was a bit of curmudgeon but I loved him as much as I could and that he would allow me. I knew it was time when he struggled to stand and get away from me so I laid him down in his little cave, put a curtain over it and played this to help him remember when he was younger, free, and king Tom cat of his block. I named him Old Man Logan. Rest well, Logan. I’ll miss you very much. He’s in the hands of God now.

This may sound silly, but this particular track saved me from a deep depression. I've always struggled with it, but this time it was much worse. It didn't help that it was the middle of winter, I was stuck indoors. This video kept me calm and retained the little sanity I could cling to. On rough days, I come back and within moments I'm feeling better.
I can't even begin to express how happy this makes me feel, that by the magic of the internet my representation of a local river to where I live has brought some comfort into your life, for that I am very grateful.

My Mother was very sick and spent over two months in hospital. It is hard to believe that just this video makes her feel better and sleep easier.

I've been really struggling with lockdown, being stuck at home 24/7 since I had a nasty fall outside last week. The noise from my next door neighbours is driving me mad and I havent been able to use my conservatory in weeks because of their noise and music blasting out. My 12 year old son recommended this video, which he uses to relax. We set up the soundbar in the conservatory, put this on and hey presto- 3 hours of chill time. Wish I had found it weeks ago!

Not stressed, I just love the sounds of nature.
I used to listen to this as I did things versus watching violence and profanity on TV. One of my 2 cats would stand in front of the TV watching for the birds. He would sit for a good 20 minutes. I have just returned to this and reminds me of my cat that I had to let go of- poor health but 17 years old. I just lost him a few weeks ago. So while I enjoy it, brings back memories of my cat but facing grief. God how I miss him! Thanks for this peaceful journey, helping to forget about all the issues in every day life that we have to face. So peaceful and relaxing.

Since I found this video, I've had longer sleeps and better days. I struggled to go to sleep in complete silence something was missing and it frustrated me more every morning when I wake up. Now all I do is slip my earphones in, close my eyes and within a couple minutes, that beautiful sound sets me to sleep and I feel so much better in the mornings. I feel more refreshed and it's just amazing. Thank you for uploading this video it was such a thoughtful thing for you to do!
