I would have bought the big scale Le Car at 7:12 .. and maybe the 1/8th 1982 camaro at 8:47 .. and there was a 1/16th c4 vette but i can't find it again...Hobby Town had some great kits... nice selection. Nice stash adds. Looks like it was a good trip.
Lots of great kits and projects started to pop in my head as I panned the vendors. You must have lots of room with all those large scale kits you are interested in. 🙂
They say it's the largest Hobbytown in the country. Great selection especially paints. Kits were displayed inter lapped at an angle so hard to capture all on camera.
Thanks Thomas, I actually loaded this video twice so I deleted the duplicate but did read your previous comment. Video loaded in 720 instead of 1080i resolution and sometimes I pan too fast so you may not be able to read the pricing 🙁
Great video David, lots of good stuff in there. That Hobbytown was a really nice store, good selection of models. Looked like a good time, thanks for sharing!
Absolutely sweet video David, its cool to watch everyones vid on this, as you all video different making it great as some we see here didn't see in others, Cool Show David👊 Cheers 🍻🍺KC 🇦🇺🤝🇺🇸😎👍
It was great to meet and talk to you my friend. The video is awesome seeing what all hobby town has. And seeing what all you add to your stash. Have a great week my friend 👍👍👊👊👊
Now that's a nice tour of Hobby Town USA... We had a Hobby Town here in Las Vegas that was my go to up until they closed it in 2020. Now I'm resorting to Hobby Lobby or online. It was also nice to see all those older model kits at the show! My Wife wants me to build the Christine Car!
Thanks John, always fun to go to a model show with vendors. I bring my large camping backpack 🎒 and large plastic bag so I don't have to check in any luggage or drag anything. It's also my way of controlling my spending. 🙂
It was awesome hanging out with ya, buddy, and look forward to doing it again the next time you come down. Great kit gets, especially the van, that’s awesome.
Great video David. I have to make it to one of the main venues next year. Nice stash adds. Great shout outs. Thanks for sharing buddy. Happy days and model on! 😎🇨🇦
Nice coverage of the vendors, just out of curiosity, were you able to take those paints on the airplane? I'm pretty sure you said you flew there and that one bottle of thinner I noticed said "extremely flammable". I'd like to know for future reference.
Thanks for watching, yes I did not check in any luggage so I was able to "carry on" all my purchases. They did not open my backpack or question it. I think it's luck of the draw. Going to ACME I was patted down but returning was a breeze. They were all small bottles or tins. It might be difficult if I had bought a Tamiya large 250ml container of liquid.
Man, that sucks about the start, warm cream soda, delayed flight, the chicken. Glad things improved later. Cool video. I just subbed your channel. I thought I have been ?
this was a good subject video but the camera work showing the models was done in my opinion to fast was very difficult to follow along.I recorded it then had to watch it at a slower pace.Still gets a thumbs up though.
Thanks for the feedback Thomas, I figure people can pause at their favorite display or moment. I tried panning fast but held the focus at each model for a second or two before moving on. I did this since the video was already long and my hand would get very tired. I don't edit and its done all in one take.🙂.
Very nice event
Awesome share Dear Sir David
Cool
Thanks 👍
enjoyed nice look around at the other stores too thanks 👍
Glad you enjoyed it, thanks for watching🙂
Thanks for sharing your modeling excursions with the YT community. Happy modeling.
Bill
Thank you for watching, unfortunately for me when I rewatch these videos I see kits I missed the first time that I want ☹️
Wow that’s a big Hobby Town! Thanks for sharing David.
Chris it's a huge Hobbytown. Lots of scale paint 🎨 supplies 🙂
Great video, thanks for the tour!!
Glad you like it Jason. Very tempting with all the kits on sale.

great video David . nice adds to the collection .
Thanks Dan, can't wait to see what your trunk full of stash adds consist of.
My Hobbytown is tiny compaired to that one. I'm surprised how many Maschinen Krieger kits there were, too.
They say it's the largest Hobbytown in the country. Great selection especially paints. Kits were displayed inter lapped at an angle so hard to capture all on camera.
Awesome kits. I have to make it to that show.
Pretty awesome show Kenny, especially if your into cars.

Maybe one day I'll make my way down there. Did you show any builds?
@@timemachinesscalemodels I did not. I took 3 the first time I went to Jaxcon.
David I enjoyed every minute of the show so thanks for sharing and maybe next year we can meet each other!
That would be great to meet you Shawn but don't know if I can go every year. Glad you enjoyed the long video footage.
I like when you guys video those shows, I get to see lots of cool stuff. Thanks for sharing.
You got it, it's nice to see what was at the show if you couldn't make it.
I've never been to show, i'm hoping to catch one this year close to me. Thanks again man.@@davidchin350
I have that Christine kit. I plan on painting it close to the Buckskin Beige factory color.
Look forward to it. I have to complete one as Christine in red and if I get a second one in a different color.👍

That Shop is Huge WOW
Yes it's a very large Hobbytown, people say it's the largest one in the country.
This was my first ACME show. I definitely plan on coming back next year!
Great Chris, it was a good show with lots of quality builds.👍
It was great to meet and talk to you my friend. The video is awesome seeing what all hobby town has. And seeing what all you add to your stash. Have a great week my friend 👍👍👊👊👊

Great video buddy we have a Ollie's here they used to sell models but it's been a while since they have had any
Thanks, yeah Ollie's is hit or miss. Sometimes they are well stocked while other times it's nothing.😞
@@davidchin350 Yes sir
Man, that sucks about the start, warm cream soda, delayed flight, the chicken. Glad things improved later. Cool video. I just subbed your channel. I thought I have been ?
Thanks Joe, they've since moved this venue to a nicer and larger place.
Why didn't u invite 😥😥😂❣❣🤗
They have ACME every year at Smyrna GA and there's Jaxcon in Jacksonville FL. Where in FL are you?
@@davidchin350 I'm in San Francisco ca😄😂
All you guys must be in "hog heaven" with all the kits they had there!!!!
Sorry for the late response, yes we were in heaven at this event. Like kids at a candy store. 🍬
Our Ollie's stopped selling models
Which location? Sometimes it's hit or miss whether they get their hands on a load of kits or not😦
