Good video. You put a lot of time into it to really simplify it to your viewers. And your right about that Enterprise contract. I have a grandfathered contract at $450/week which includes 1,000 free miles. The reason I say grandfathered is because that's been our rates for years when we use Enterprise for extra vehicles. They are probably not offering it now due to supply and demand but the current rate you have compared to other people entering the game when you entered is a hell of rate. Another point you speak on is everyones situation is different. I have to explain this a lot as well. People don't realize that the margins in trucking are very small and that in order to maximize profits they have to decrease overhead tremendously. Keep winning!👊
Definitely. The rates today make it extremely hard to profit so low overhead and expenses are key
Bruh, keep up the hustling, great educational content for sure. Thank you
💪🏾💯 thanks for watching!
Dope dope video fam 💯

Absolutely amazing video King. Im def adding this to my playlist. Great Job
🙏🏾 glad to help brother
Just divide the price per gallon(4.85) by the miles per gallon(15mpg) and you get. $.33 cost per mile
Thank you!

Leasing a truck is cheaper than renting a truck? I thought it would be the same. I’m paying 599 13 cent. You should do a video how to get good rates on the trucks. Thanks
The words leasing and renting are used interchangeably but I refer to lease as a commercial contract for 6 months or a year with the enterprise or budget. I use the word rent when it’s no long term contract maybe you have the truck a few days and return it.
These rates rn are just supply and demand. The box truck game has been flooded with new drivers and these companies just taking advantage of that
Great video King! Which insurnace provider do you use? How do you waive physical damage and auto liability. I’m having issues with Progressive accepting Ryder and Enterprise COI policy. Enterprise don’t accept “scheduled” autos. Progressive doesn’t do “hired” auto. The rental companies are charging me extra for physical damage and auto liability. How do we waive those charges?
I have progressive but I also went with an insurance broker to get the best rates and make sure that I meet all requirements
Cool content thanks. Awesome breakdown. My strategy with fuel is…I installed a 100gal fuel tank. I wait to fill up for when I run down to the small post office towns where fuel is usually cheaper. So I just try to keep tank full with the best priced fuel. Too me it’s all relative filling 1/2 way or filling all the way up. I’m still gonna purchase fuel. I just try to get the cheapest taking advantage of the larger fuel tank. I have a international and I average about 12mpg pending driving environment. I usually can go about 900 miles on a fill up but I usually don’t go below 1/4 tank. Thanks.
Every owner operator should definitely have this on their mind daily it’s such an important aspect of survival in this industry
Bro I'm ready for my consultation

You equally divided the pay between the two trucks so you should have equally divided the rest of the expenses
what fuel card is good?
I don’t use a fuel card
Quick question concerning the ELD, the 170 miles is that a total of 170 or 170 each way
Can we connect so I can understand this better? With Amazon I don’t run routes pretty much more than 130 miles
It’s actually 150 air mile radius which is about 170 land miles. We break it down in our video “5 reasons why we love Amazon relay”. If you want more info specific to you feel free to book a consultation 👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾
Calendly.com/motivatioandtrucking
170 per way
it's 150 air miles from your point of origin, (your home base) equal to 170 to 175 without utilizing ELD
this might seem like an odd question ,but does the interior size of the box matter for amazon relay ,as in does it have to be a 103inch tall and 102 inch wide?
Interior height matters but I haven’t seen a 26’ that was too short in height for Amazon. It’s when you start having shorter trucks (24/22’) that the interior height is too short for the carts they use.
@@MotivationBoxTrucking so what is the minimum height requirement for a 24ft box truck used for relay?

Good information, with the fluctuation of gas prices been trynna figure out the most accurate formula!!! What’s good with Arnold Dispatch service’s? Slept through a Amazon post a truck booking and lost my early access, trynna get OTR with the assistance of Arnold dispatch if they the business… what’s your insight
Thanks for watching, glad to help! Sorry to hear about the rejection 🤦🏾♂️ it happens to all of us at some point. Those 6 weeks will fly by tho. I only do Amazon so I haven’t had the chance to use Arnold Dispatch personally. I have heard great reviews from other people who have used them. I promote their self dispatch course to learn to find your own loads
Bet appreciate the follow up… what’s the link for the consult

I’m interested in getting into box trucking. Is it hard to earn $1k a week? That’s all I need to reach my goal.
You do OTR you can hit that goal in a day.
If you are talking net profit that’s very possible as long as you keep your overhead low. It may take a few months to get to that with a new authority and finding consistent work.
@@markthementor damn. Ok. I was planning to go OTR.
@@MotivationBoxTrucking thanks. Yeah I was talking net profit. Appreciate the reply bro.
Do u run 7 days a week?
Yes
