question why would you have a regular ladder for the access I know its allowed as long as its no more than 45 and secured on both ends but I think a proper access is a ladder you use with layher (obviously it will have a starter bracket)system facing 90 up and is 15 inches from the standard that shouls be the standard for access

@@Naughtybaz - We do not build a tube and fitting tower scaffold like that in the UK. They are putting in the braces before the ledgers and have got no scaff steps for the advanced handrails. These guys would be red carded and kicked off any UK site that actually follows basic UK scaffolding regulations.
You throw a putty in for your top working deck to accommodate the board span over 1.8m but you walk on unsupported boards for your first lifting deck, and where is your leveling? No one is that good they can level a whole job by eye. To many unsafe actions for a tutorial to scaffolding, teaching some people the wrong things in the worst way. A temporary set of puttys on your first deck would suffice the danger of a broken board from over weight.

I didn't see one level being used there. No one can be that superior to have the lift plumb without levelling, and only 3 tubes to a 4m board?
