Changy you’re the pivotal member of making sure they do everything you ask for and teaching them. They will be relying on you. I got taught everything I no in groundwork’s from my dad who expected everything. The worse days was when I let him down on a simple task. The boys done well
When I was a hoddy many years ago it had to be 2 above and rising before you could start laying. The clerk of works would have you pull work down if you laid in the frost.
Had an l200 that lasted 3 month then engine went . Then got nissan navara that garage kept after 1 month when I brought up warranty issues . Have now ended up with a Kia:Sorento 7 seat absolutely massive boot space when Seats folded down , tow bar and ideal for getting the grandchildren in when seats folded back up . 4x4 too so will get around muddy building sites .
I did the same a few years ago, I was driving around in a big juicy van, and most of the time I was carrying a few tools. I still have a van, but just a little one with good racks on top and tow bar if I need it. Saves a fortune in fuel!
Ha seem a good guys I hessian every thing done that day hot, cold or wet but mostly work is stone and lime mortar so a touch more of a issue. Nice one I like that scaffold going up in that steps not as much lifting, but I go loads slower and not fussed too much overall. Take care ✊
They done what was asked done well but back of brickwork always should be flushed up anyway what's up with using the plastic off the bricks to cover stacks of bricks when out of spot boards worked for years before lol

Do you have space for another bricklayer or improver please
How much do you get for a air brick mate as it looks like a lot of work or is it in the price
£5
Thinking about buying an estate meself, recogn you can fit a 150 belle mixer easily in them (backseats down obviously) ?
I can In my Mondeo but can't get wheelbarrow in the same time
Already enjoying the ride
I've got a 3 series estate i can get the mixer, whacker and tools in the back and a barrow on the roof rack.
