Hey I'm in Maryland too! Western Maryland to be exact, Frederick area. Actually work for Volvo as a tool maker, "including tons and tons of dies, which is great for someone who likes to reload as a hobby". We're at the largest major production plant for Volvo Trucking. We primarily develop and work on the entire engine / powertran and just recently put in a new wing for emobility.
That's not the way to look at it, you lay bricks every day and ain't finished until you retire, it just means you don't have to move drops as much. Look at is as just laying bricks not trying to complete lifts

Depends where you live or you travel to work but down and around the Reading / London £150 and a bit higher but that also depends if you working day rate or in a gang doing price work as you can earn more obviously.
