    Main try krti hu but meri OCD mera pichha nhi chhodti,,,main khud pareshan hu,,din me 200 bar hand wash kr leti hu,,bahr k jute Ghar me ni aane deti aur bhi bahut suffer kr rhi hu mai,,,itni Sardi me nhaa nhaa k main khud preshan hu,,,hey bhagwan mujhe bhi is pareshani se chhutkara dilao, Jai mata di🙏

      Mam agar ocd ko theek Krna hai to bas ek baat ka dhyan rakho ki koi normal insaan apki tarh behave kr rha hai kya jab koi normal insaan apki jaisa behave nhi kr rha hai to apko bh ek normal insaan ki trah rehna hai hai

    very nice it was like great consultation 😊 👍 i also face ocd of containment ocd regarding food and hand wash so yea when i use to do daily 2 years yoga meditation time se sohna uthna pura concentrate on healthy lifestyle my ocd was improved and again now i am going to start as job ke karan gap hogya tha but yea OCD walo ko khud fight karke nikalna hoga ..lovely blessed to find your channel 👍

    8 saal se OCD se bhugat raha hoon....phsiciayrist bhi dikha chuka hoon.......bohot Paisa barbaad huwa Mera....ek gareeb lower middle class family ka banda itna afford nhi kar sakta aur dawai ka addiction ho jata hai....isiliye dawai chod diya....but problems continuously dheere dheere khatam karta Jaa raha hai merko..... Mera dreams, padhai likhai, career, aims sab kuch barbaad ho chuka hai OCD ke wajah se 😢😭

    Thank you ma'am for being understanding for OCD person like us where family is lacking to understand us but you are god to mental illness issue but OCD is form very few doctors are focused on OCD 😢😢❤❤iam just start my journey with your vedios because it's been 10 years almost suffering and my kids following me which is very scary for me because i started my OCD after become mother of kids and become paranoid mother but this fake fearness giving cause to OCD actions to kids behaviour by following me so I want get rid of this behaviour and disorders 😢 thank you being here for us it will be long challenging journey but definitely I will cure someday 🙏🙏 thank you ma'amfor your mentorship

    I am 16 year old girl and i had ocd from past 1 year, i just feel like living hell but thank god that he give me such a caring and supporting mother she always with me in this difficult time , and after you are who helped me, at first when i search about ocd online i literally lost my all hopes because everyone is saying that ocd is permanent , it never get well. But after watching your video i get some hopes😢

    very nice mam. bahut hi accha samjahya hai. lekin mam mai abhi jis doctor ko dikha raha hu wo mujhe meditation karne ko mana karte hai. mujhe bhi ye problem hai 10 saal se bhi jyada ho gaya mam. shuru me kuch or thinking thi fir baad me kuch or. ase badalti rahi time ke sath. ustime kabhi kabhi mujhe ase vichar aate the but bahut jayada ho gaya hai mam mai bhaut dukhi hu. aur mai bhi ye cheez nhi chor pa raha hu. dawa bhi bahut mehangi hai. 4 se 5 saal ho gaye mam dawa lete hue bhi. but kisi bhi doctor ne ye nhi bataya maine delhi me Aiims hospital me bhi dikhaya. but wanha bhi koi solution nhi hua. lekin ab doctor hai unhe dikha raha hu. unka naam Dr. Anil yadav hai wo delhi, bhiwadi and alwar me dekhte hai. apki video dekhkar bahut accha laga

    Ek student particularly aspirat bahut problem hoti hei especially with mental compulsion kehne mein bhi kharab lagta hei ki sexual OCD hei although I know well ki meri personallity wesi nehin hei and I hate all those thing bas ek dar rehta hi hei ki apne hi kesi ke sath kuch bura na soch lun

    Lagbhag 5 mahine ho gaye par ab samajh ayaa
    Abhi 5 din pahle tablet lena shuru kiya hu koi fark nazar nahi aa raha kya karu mam
    Aur main shahar ke bahar bhi nahi nikal pata bahar jane ke naam se hi anxiety hoti hai

    Mam i am also suffering with this problem. Mujhe 3 baar bhut jyada attachment hua alag alag logo se aur sayad 100% mujhe yhi overthinking disorder h . Hm jitni kosis krte h nikal nhi pate is se 😢 pr aapne jo sujhaav diya h mai usko try krunga . Mai is aadat k karan hi apna future kharab kr rha abhi tk 😢
