PSI Flash is the only move that is somewhat accurate. Ness and Lucas do not know any PSI until they go their adventures. They Level Up to learn PSI. This includes PSI Flash. Smash Bros states that probably Ness and Lucas got taught by Paula, Poo, and Kumatora how to use PSI Fire, PSI Starstorm, PSI Freeze, PSI Thunder, and PSI Magnet. Which they meet when they are like 13 Years Old! Still a great episode! 🙂😁☺️😊💖
