Hi Faith! I'm putting together my first Brinley and I have a quick question. My gusset is 20.5" as stated in the pattern, yet when I clip it around the back flap, it protrudes beyond the top of the back panel a little more than 1/4" on both sides. I'm just wondering if I'm doing something wrong because in your video it appears the gusset is perfectly aligned with no overage, if that makes sense. I don't want to cut the gusset down before I ask you.
Did you ask on FB? If your gusset is too big you need to make those clips around the roundy bits and it will fit.
@@faithwerksdesigns6197 Yes, that was me. My gusset turned out perfect, no puckers!
What happens when the snaps won't snap together? 😅
You need to take your tool and re-squish them. Always check your snaps before you finish putting the bag together.
Where do you purchase the pattern?
Is this pattern available as yet? When is it expected to be released?
It was included in the Advent box, if we all bug Kim and Alix they might release it finally!
