Learning those 3-string triad patterns can really help you improving your solos as well as your chord playing. By learning these three exercises you will get all the major triads (3-string patterns) under your fingers and you can start using those shapes over chord changes and to add flavour to your solos.
In this lesson we play through three exercises, all based on the same simple chord progression and chord shapes. Those should be great for any beginner/intermediate guitarist.
