found this tunnel?? hahahahahahahahha lol i am from palampur where this place is and this tunnel is and this tunnel leads to the himachal government hydro project after crossing the tunnel. government made the road and tunnel for hydro project as there are numerous such places and babaji is care taker of mata vindhyavasini temple which is before the tunnel. he dont live in the tunnel. that is why its banned to enter the tunnel. 😂😂😂😂
