You are very good at what you do. Stick with it. EFT as GARY taught it and did it was very good also. You need not compare it to yours to make yours great. He deserves all our thanks for getting it out into the world years ago....and letting us have it, freely. However, many practitioners have diluted it, which happens with new discoverys. Your rendition seems to be working well. Gary's still works too....and he is yet upgrading his discoveries about healing.....way ahead of us...fella practioner.
I think it's about feeling the deeper emotion and allowing it first, and THEN only releasing it.
Excuse me but regular EFT works very well too. Stop bringing EFT down just to boost faster EFT, it makes you look disingenuous.

U know EFT is complicated. For some things it worked really well for me. For other things it didnt shift at all. I feel like both eft and faster eft work though
EFT has saved mu Life hundreds of tines. It works as Faster EFT works. TFT also works.
I stumbled upon this by accident. I practice EFT myself, use it myself and with clients as part of my job. The whole point of tapping is to focus on an issue and tap on the meridians so as to clear stuck energy . If you tap on the side of your hand, the karate chop point, you will almost always feel a tingling there. This is energy moving. Tapping and bringing the negative up to clear it and replace it with a positive statement works by altering chemical signaling to our brain. If you look at videos by Dawson Church you will see how it works. Faster EFT may work for certain things, but for some things like major trauma, it is advised that you do not tap alone, and preferably with a practitioner, due to things that may come up for you. As we are often like onion layers, some things will bring other things up, and you may have to tap on various things before you find the root of your issue, so in this case, faster EFT may not address the source fully. Addressing any issue, it's better to be specific, but sometimes we may not realize what the issue really is, but it will appear when you focus on what is concerning you. The words you need will then come to you. The words used in EFT come from the interview the practitioner does with the client before they start to work together, so it's not true to say they come from the practitioner. A good practitioner is merely repeating and giving the client their words back to them, and will always advise the client to use other words , if they feel more appropriate to them. This said, I'm sure all forms of EFT have their benefits, and some may work better with certain clients and issues than others.
Robert, I agree that aiming is the most important element, and I want to add that tapping on all of the points you showed isn't needed at all. I tap only on the karate chop point for my clients with results that are just as good as yours. I am sure one could tap on absolutely anything, even outside one's body, with the same results. The meridians are irrelevant to this process, I am sure. The important thing is interruption of the trigger-state "circuits".

Thank you Robert. You are a great teacher. I can't tell you how much your videos have helped me heal from inside. I still have a lot to let go. I am also trying the tapping on my nieces. Just today, my niece had pain in her right leg and just by two rounds of tapping her pain was gone. What an awesome way to heal your body!!

In recent years I have used more NLP than EFT, so I like that Robert has brought me back to the physical tapping again. I think it helps on several levels to include the body. NLP is like anti-hypnosis, for lack of a better word, you don't go into trance you snap out of it by communication with your subconscious mind. Aiming on the exact problem is key but so is choosing what you want instead after clearing up the problem. I never Tap or use NLP without future-pacing the new actions people want to take after clearing up the upset that used to block them from taking it.

Hi Jeanette. Same here, in recent years I have been using more NLP than EFT. Depending on what I'm working on determines what I will use. I first started using FEFT back in 2013 and ever since I used FEFT it was really hard for me to use EFT anymore. To me personally classic EFT feels very cumbersome. I remember back in my EFT days, I was told by a practitioner that the reason EFT doesn't work sometimes is because "you have to find the right words" and at that time I was always looking up tapping scripts. I was so glad I found FEFT because I never really bought the energy explanation from EFT. But to my point I also agree that choosing what you want and stating it in the positive is very very important. That was a key concept that I felt was missing from EFT. It's very important to have the unconscious mind actually have a direction it's supposed to go. It's not super useful to only aim at the problem and clear it; otherwise the client can get in the habit of always looking for what is wrong in their life rather than what they want. IE if I asked someone who has anxiety, how do you want to be different and if they said free from the anxiety, the internal rep that they are still holding is the anxiety. I would then ask, if you were free from anxiety, how would you be then? I was always amazed how Gary Craig being a Master Practitioner of NLP didn't incorporate it much into EFT. I feel like there were things that were left out that are cardinal sins to leave out.

You can write the list of what is wrong in your life right now. Who it is that stirs you. What they do and how you feel about it. You then change your reaction to them and to the memories. While you in that moment mentally tap or take a bathroom break and tap until you are at peace. Now as you clear out the stuff as you go along thing will naturally change. Be persistent and keep doing it until it is gone. Robert
Alright I have got to the end of this explanation of tapping. And I am none the wiser. What do you mean by aiming? Aiming at the right spots when you are tapping, or aiming at the right state of mind/things you say to yourself whilst you are tapping? I hear the talk but nobody has walked the walk for me.
Aiming is to tune into the limiting energy through either feeling, emotion, or inner spontaneous images that arise from the subconscious. You can use a light focus or a consistant medium focus, but for a few moments, dwell upon the limiting energy in whatever ways come to you.

But what I ment was, what can I do while during some bad situation, (in the precise moment that´s occuring), not in my head, but in real time, while I´m having an argue, while I´m being robbed, or whatever that´s gonna make me feel bad in the future, IS THERE SOMETHING I CAN DO SO THAT PRECISE FACT WOULD NOT AFFECT ME WHEN BECOMES A MEMORY?

We are looking for how you represent your issues & some do not have specific memories but have sensations. You do have memories of the pain. Like last week or every time I do this or that so there are memories usually. You may not know the original cause but you know that you have it some how. You start with what you know & clear out the hows and whens. You can use Louise Hay's "You can heal your body" & address the emotions they suggest & finding references. Robert

I developed allergies to shrimp, can EFT help me with that! I would love to be able to enjoy shrimp and other kinds of seafood again.
I have been tapping for awhile to get the pain in my shoulder and neck to go away. I have it disappeared for one hour before, but that is the longest. Life isn't as such that I can tap every hour on the hour. So what is my problem? Also in other issues I think I resolve then with tapping and they come back latter to hunt me. Any suggestions? I got myself off gluten free food by tapping. Love it. Yet some times I itch and has nothing to do with food. Cold day does it. How you tap that away?

Difference is in FEFT you pull your focus away from what you aimed at and focus on your fingers to create a pattern interrupt. Defractionation. EFT has you stay focused on the issue while tapping.
He's right. As EFT practitioner you have to do the guesswork and you have to know the problem. With faster EFT you don't need to know ANYTHING, and just do the tapping on the imagination of the client. FEFT is MUCH more effective than EFT.
I get the impression he is trying to find a slot for himself on the shirt tails of the real EFT discoveries! Not impressed with this presentation at all!

It has a lot to do with beliefs and you can change them as well. Clear up the beliefs and all memories around getting sick and illnesses. The feelings, sensations and any other inner reference of what it feels like when you are sick. The worst of the worse of illnesses and why you like getting sick. Clean it up and make peace with it. Robert, your inspiration is great. However, the pseudo feeling we are creating, our body knows we are faking. This deceiving feeling may last only a few seconds may be minutes and then it will come back to reality, will it ? I have watched some EFT programs on RUclips with different individuals , all have different affirmations and followed or created with different starting patterns which I do not know which one is really effective. All sound good, but does it work ? Have anyone tried TAPPING without affirmations and does it work ? TAPPING causes vibrations on certain points. Vibrations cause changes which may be good / bad. Bad becomes good, good becomes better ? There are million ways/ methods for failure, but only one way to success.......... Only one way of success, to me , is to be active. Activity can cause change. If the change is negative , we reverse the pattern. If the change is neutral, we need to be involved, act with passion not as a follower or a repetioner. Please advise.

Can I use EFT to get myself to dislike something? Or at least make it an unimportant activity for me?
I've been dealing with binge eating for quite some time. I'm better now after accessing and healing all my emotional "wounds" but I still like(love?) food a little bit too much and I can't miss a single meal even when already full.
I just wanted to somehow use EFT to turn this extreme liking into desinterest and make eating a nice but unimportant event in my day just like brushing my teeth or taking a bath.
Is it possible? How should I go about it?

Yes, I know with FasterEFT which as you been watching is advanced and it can easily be done. Most EFT trained people have little knowledge on how to make this change because they are working with blocked energy instead of the mechanics of the mind.
Address your gut health as well. The desire for more food than your body needs is likey coming from parasites and/or other microbiota. A good medicinal fast is helpful.

I tried it lots of times, but it didn't do a thing for me. I spent a lot of money learning about it - I desperately wanted it to work for my chronic pain and illnesses as well mental issues like spider phobia, lack of confidence etc, but it did nothing. I've tried hypnotherapy and other things (all with no results) as well so it could be that it doesn't work for everyone. But until I get results or someone I know personally benefits from it I can't believe that it is anything more than placebo.

Might be underlying issues. A root cause that triggers whatever problems you are facing with anxiety anger depression or addiction. Emotions make the decisions in our lives whether we want to believe it or not, but we have to get to the root of why we do the things we do. These tapping techniques are great, but you can also try other things like cognitive behavioral therapy, binaural therapy, (you can find many of those on RUclips) meditation. Shyness is an inner process based on fear/hurt/insecurity about oneself which was created by unpleasant experiences. So, you change the memories then your shyness fades away. check out fastereft.com

The unconscious mind _ is just like a saving bank. We may have a lot of money in the bank.
The conscious mind _ is the action. The mind is at work but no money in the bank is ok, because it can help us earn money. But the unconscious mind with money in the bank will do nothing unless the conscious mind want to use some or all of the savings.
Now let's say the negative mind is the negative savings which we are in debt or in hardships. In order to pay the debt we must work harder, get higher pay or more jobs. SITTING or STANDING with TAPPING is just like a passive prayer “ hoping for the best from performing no action “. Or , to me, it is like we are in a poker game waiting for our turns. When our turns come we hit - result appears, then it disappears within seconds then we become losers again. Affirmations are instructions and most instructions our mind will not follow or may against them - 10 commandments are good , but who will follow them ? Instead of creating affirmations, any song would work ? We all love happiness, songs are happiness. Happiness are stimulations which drive us working harder without fatigue , would you think so ? Please advise !
