In Canada the moong daal flour is not available what we can do. Can we used soaked daal and grind it.
Ye sure … soak it dry it and then grind it into powder
I made this recipe today but 2.5 tspn of baking soda was too much even 2 tsp made the second batch bitter. Plz recheck amount maybe 1 tspn is correct amount

@@sweetsavoriesbychefsumeraanwer Soda is bad for health. It's better to churn the batter by hand/beater alone instead of adding soda. Also soaking and grinding dal can taste better than using atta. Do you make Delhi style dahi bhalle in Pakistan?
