He is absolutely biased and is hiding facts.The statements recorded by EOU was contradicting and was well pointed out and defended by SG.
They had given a controversial question in physics where both the answers are correct...what does our cji sir expect...we were all alone in the exam room to solve the question but cji sir asked iit delhi to form a 3 members committee to decide on this controversial question...did we have the committee in the exam room??????????????
Both answers are correct or only one is correct will be decided by IIT delhi.
At one point when CJI asked how come the paper be solved so quickly and accurately if supposedly leaked in the morning when no involvement of any teacher is found, SG Tushar Mehta from govt/NTA side replied that medical students are much better at solving NEET questions.Can there be a more shameless and illogical argument that medical students who gave NEET one,two or three years ago are better at solving questions of physics, chemistry and biology as compared to subject teachers and our honourable judges are accepting such an argument.
