Don’t get me wrong, I like your burnouts but just keep in mind Summernats is trying to make burnouts a legitimate sport and every time someone does an unauthorized burnout it makes it harder to do so because people just picture burnouts as hoons being dangerous.

For an insurer they look at the area has to many safety issues, which is why skid row was created, Summernats used to kick you in the 90's for the same thing, we didn't have skid row (wish it did) just there was less watching and posting live, so insurance companies love reasons to not pay out if there is an injury, even if it has nothing to do with accidents to them it shows no control. So keep it up and the wowsers will have their way and we will have no car festivals, just static show and shines. Sheep are dumb, sheep would follow another sheep to its death, so who is the sheep?

Summernuts has gone to shit i went every year for 15 years until 4 years ago when it became too bloody soft.
I went from Summernats 5 to 15. 1300km round trip. The first few years were wild, but then the fun police ruined it. My mates and l vowed to never go back for a halfassed show.
