When you can take a complex emotion or complex life situation and put it to a rhyme and tell a coherent narrative that is what makes Great Rap.

As someone who struggles with anxiety and depression, it's extremely hard to take action and to make the changes necessary to move forward. Some days you just literally cannot do anything because your brain doesn't allow it; it's wired a certain way that takes away your choice in mood or choice in your motivations. You'll feel a certain negative way for no apparent reason. It's a lot harder than just letting it go, but it doesn't mean it's impossible.
I like the way you think and give out thoughtful advice about people needing to change to get out of a rut or bad relationship. NF always making people think deeper about things. Great reaction. God bless!

It’s hard to do something different sometimes, anxiety is like something eating away at your soul and it’s almost like a physical pain. We’re working on it but it takes time! It’s really hard to let it go and idk how to explain it but even as we work on it, it still hurts.

I used to be just like you man... unable to relate and honestly didn't believe depression was that bad... thought it was just a state of mind that was easy to escape.. but this past year has changed my way of thinking and I've had numerous thoughts of suicide. NF and friends have saved me from myself a few times. Still struggle from.time to time with not wanting to even leave the house. And I used to be a huge fitness junky.
I think a vast majority of people can relate to this track if for no other reason than that we all have our insecurities and as a result, “look in the mirror” and criticize ourselves feeling like, or knowing, we could’ve done better today in some way. It’s a good reminder to never stop trying to better than yesterday. Appreciate you reactions dude.
