Jacob did not steal Esas birthright, Esas came to him and wanted soup, Jacob just told him what the price was, Esas agred. Jacob tricking Isaac was another story, the birth right was already Jacob's because Esas had sold it. Jacob was doing business and stole nothing. Esas had no respect for what God had given him, it was not even worth a bowl of soup but he still tried to buy it back through Isaac with yet another bowl of soup. It didn't work for him. The elder will serve the younger, at some point future. To Him be Glory

Look carefully at the scriptures. Polygamy is allowed by GOD, but not recommended, as there always will be More drama within the Family. Not a sin.
