Art therapy, exploring anger.

  • Art therapy is a great way to express your emotions. What is going on in your mind? Sometimes talking is quite complicated and images can say more than words. In this example, we show a part of a therapy session where a client explores her anger, expressing it on paper, and what she thinks can help to reduce her feelings of anger. In this case, she discovers that playing tennis and hitting the ball, might reduce the anger feelings that she is carrying within herself. So, that could be the next step.

    Feeling frustrated, angry drowning like she's out of her element she wants to play her favorite sport but physically can't. I like tennis too but am incapable of playing the game due to disability.
