🎸 Discover the untold story of Bad Omens, a band that's been brewing for a decade. Vocalist Noah Sebastian secretly penned lyrics while rocking out with Washington DC's Immoralist. After parting ways in 2014, he united with old pals Nicholas Ruffilo and Vincent Riquier, who introduced him to the talented Jolly Karlson from Sweden. With this formidable quartet, they left their hometowns for a shot at their dreams. With Nick Folio on drums, they swiftly crafted a demo EP. The band's name, initially meant for a song, later became their iconic track, "Glass Houses". Thanks to these demos, they caught the attention of Sumerian Records, paving the way for a collaboration with famed producer Will Putney at Graphic Nature Audio in New Jersey.
🎉 In December 2015, the same year of their formation, Bad Omens signed with Sumerian Records and dropped their debut single, "Glass Houses". What an incredible inaugural year! In 2016, they rocked the Sumerian Records 10 Year Tour, sharing stages with Born of Osiris, Veil of Maya, After the Burial, and Erra. Their breakout hit, "The Worst in Me", catapulted them to stardom, garnering a million streams in a month. It even earned them a coveted spot on Asking Alexandria's 10 Years in the Black tour. Although comparisons to Bring Me The Horizon abound, Bad Omens' unique sound and vision stand tall.
🔥 Despite early controversies in 2019, Bad Omens roared back with their sophomore album, "Finding God Before God Finds Me", unleashing colossal tracks like "Careful What You Wish For" and the powerhouse "Dethrone". The album soared to number 4 on the heatseekers chart, securing their place in the top 10 hard rock charts. Then came two monumental singles, "Limits" and "Never Know", cementing their status on rock radio. Their 2020 headline tour proved they could command audiences in packed rooms.
🔊 Amidst the pandemic, Bad Omens honed their craft, self-producing a game-changing album. Tracks like "The Death of Peace of Mind" and "Artificial Suicide" showcased a blend of R&B, electronics, and haunting guitars. The band's third album, released in February 2022, broke free from comparisons and showcased their diverse influences across rock, metal, and pop subgenres.
🚀 Then, a TikTok explosion in 2022 catapulted "Just Pretend" into the stratosphere, making it one of the decade's biggest rock hits. This viral sensation welcomed a new generation to heavy music, propelling Bad Omens to over 4.5 million monthly listeners. The band's headlining tour sold out every date, solidifying their status as a powerhouse act.

Lowkey went to Louder than Life this year just for them and Sleep Token since everything else was sold out or too far away haha. "Reprise (The Sound of the End)" is actually my favorite song of theirs. But several others are very close behind.

I knew about them from Knotfest, which is one of the best metal concerts.
There gonna appear in one of the biggest festivals to date in Sick New World along side with the most well known bands in the world like Slipknot, System of a Down, Alice in Chains, A Perfect Circle, it's a stacked lineup.
Sick New World is stacked! And Knotfest is awesome, got to go to the Knotfest Roadshow in 2019 and 2021

I love almost every song by them except for Broken Youth, The Hell I Overcame and The Worst In Me because it's repetitive and I've listened to it a lot. But my favorite songs... Ohhh maybe CONCRETE JUNGLE, THE DEATH OF PEACE OF MIND, Dethrone, The Fountain, Miracle, The Grey, Just Pretend, Said & Done, Careful What You Wish For aaand yeah many more
