Thanks Sara. I think the electro-magnetic energy of the eclipse will heighten everyone's emotions, to the extent it will override their instincts. This could lead to mistakes or hidden truths being "blurted out" in the heat of the moment. For Capricorns, who are good at controlling emotion, we might come to some insight or realisation about someone or something that will help us reinforce a decision we had already made but not yet acted upon. Things have been stagnant for a while, and this might be the push we need to move on.
