@@xorlakanfra5009 the characteristic elements of music is what determines its genre and uniqueness. If that was not the case I could call highlife style/genre agbadza and also call borborbor, jazz. But that's not the case as these distinct features enable us differentiate music styles/genre. So to answer your question, yes, it does matter.
@@davidafful7287 the issue is not so much about the presence or absence of the beats/instruments per se but, their placements in the song, which defines its genre. The cowbell sound is placed on beats 3, 4 and 1 in borborbor which is different from that of highlife which is placed on the `and` after beats 2, 3 and 4. These syncopation completely changes the feel of a song. I don't want to drag this out but I didn't expect this error or omission from BRC
