Sugar 1 tbsp
Ghee 1 tbsp
Water 3/4 tsp
Oil 2 tsp
Eggs 2
Onion 2
Green chili 2
Capsicum 1/2 opt
Lime
Salt
Coriander leaves
Spice mix
K chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Black salt 3/4 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Amchoor powder 3/4 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Pepper powder 1/4 tsp

These kinds of 'paraath' ( shallow wide vessels) are common in Gujarat and punjab ..esply used to knead Atta for rotis. Very traditional
