Hot chocolate ganache Ingredients:
100g fresh cream
50g milk
1 sachet All Things Hot Chocolate Mix Or 1 tsp cocoa powder, 1 tsp corn flour, adding sugar is optional

What could be a replacement for egg.. if you can help..
I'm sorry this particular recipe all be made without an egg because it becomes too dry. cacao powder tends to absorb moisture quickly.

Hi Rashmi, sorry but this particular shortcrust pastry recipes requires an egg otherwise it become too dry. the cacao powder absorbs moisture very quickly.
