Unreal. I've started cycling in the last 6-7 months and do just a couple of hundred KM a week (albeit in the city). Add that to my weight / hypertrophy training and I'm fairly worn out. Your training volume is aspirational.

Cool video- lots of useable information. Here's my regular programme: S: LSR 12-21 km
M: bike warm up. Weights 5 x 4 bench, rows, deadlifts
T: jog and 4-8 x sprints, chin ups, press up
W: rest
T: bike w.u. 5 x 4 bench, row, squat, shoulder press
F: 5km run, press up, chin up
S: rest
I want to work up to marathon, and add around 20 - 30 kg to my lifts over 12 months. 48 y/o
