So many new places popping up . I don’t know how they make money ! Was there at the start of the year and most places I went to in Sanur were close to empty ( during the day).
New ones popping up every week it seems. Some of them seem to be empty whenever we pass

yes we from tassie we use to live in south australia and we go to bali when it is winter in tassie and we stay in sanur all the time we will have to try
Oliver's Place place when we go next time we stay just down the road from there at Naksa Homestay Sanur great family good meals and a little shop
Great little area there and close to the Best steak sandwich at Clubhouse

Never knew a comment 'helped' the algorithm, loved that first song and Kim's 'BLAH BLAH BLAH' while Bergs rattled on about the ice. I've been to bali a gazillion times (since 1980) and never had Bali Belly, always eaten/drank the ice.

We too have been coming to Bali since the 80's .... always get Balibelly no matter how careful I am but it has never stopped us from returning so many times .... my husband never sick !!! Enjoy your videos very much ...Sanur our favourite area also ... Nusa Dua 2nd .....
Thank you for another of your fun video's. I just arrived in Sanur again. This time no breakfast included in my hotel price. So I try and find different options. I did not not spot this place yet. I shall try Olivers place also.

Hahaha have you been tracking me watching your videos guys :) Shane from Tasmania here, Hobart Tasmania, we stayed in Sanur for the first time last year for my 60th , normally we stay in Legian but I was recovering from a year of chemotherapy and treatment for leukaemia, I actually cancelled my 60 here because I wanted to go somewhere quite and relaxing, I cancelled Warwick Capper lol he was going to be my MC lol , anyway we stayed at the Maya and had a fantastic birthday week, we headed back to Legian to our favourite Bandah resort but we fell in love with Sanu, hoping to get back before mid year , my wife has been watching also as she’s a coffee connoisseur lol , she has picked up places on your videos, so hopefully we can meet up for a coffee some time this year. Keep up living the dream ❤

@@bergsinbali fantastic, look forward to meeting up soon, hope Sanur doesn’t become like the rest of Bali, it’s just lovely and relaxing without the madness, I saw someone comment on a Facebook post about Ubud now, we went there the trip before last and couldn’t wait to get out of the madness, keep the content coming, was watching a couple of others doing what your doing today in Sanur and they have nothing on you guys, you have just the right mix of each other and you are fun to watch, thanks again and stay well. Unfortunately we missed visiting Oliver's even though we were staying close by. So many great places to eat.
There are so many options!
Olivers looks very inviting and well laid out. The big brekky Berg had, i couldn't believe the size of that sausage. Usually, they are mini snags. And for the price, start the car!! Always look forward to your videos and the venues you go to. 😊😊 thanks guys

Just a question about your visit to the bank. Do you operate an Australian bank account, and just withdraw money through an ATM or over the counter? Or do you have an Indonesian Bank account. It would be interesting to see a video on how you manage money in Bali.

Hi from Tassie, watch you guys regularly. Have you tried Minpi Manis I think it's called. Was my lunch venue about twice a week for Italian in Oct & Nov last year. My best friend in Bali Dave that owns Kopi Kiosk would go there, two pasta meals and two beers would cost about $15 0r $16 aus

We're not huge "out for brekky" types as we dine out for most other meals, but I reckon hubby Smithy and I could share that big brekkie....it was huge! And very good value. Got it earmarked for Day 1 before grocery shop. Thanks for showing us guys.

That cafe looked really nice. One of my favourite treats in Bali are the icy cold mixed juices. I’d loved to see your top pics for mixed juices in Sanur… I like them for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Also wouldn’t mind a review on some places for a good old Nasi Goreng, Mie Goreng, or Nasi Campur, maybe a comparison between those dishes in pricier places compared to in a little warung.

Price interesting. I pay 45k for a similar big breakfast in tourist area of Yogyakarta . Life is a lot more expensive in Bali
Depends where you go! There are cheaper big breakfasts around 🤩 but you have to find them
It's made it further south than Tasmania, right down to Te Anau NZ

Looks great guys, just wondering if you have any issues with Bali belly, we have been to Bali twice, and both times we have had it badly for about 8 to 9 days, followed all the guidelines to not get it, any other suggestions?

Did you have Bali Belly (severe illness requiring hospitalization) or was it travellers runs? People often suffer due to change of diet, increased spicy food, beer and fruits!
Have you considered a probiotic like TravelBug? We used to take them before and during our holidays.
@@bergsinbali we had the doctors out to replace fluid to our hotel and lost about 9kg in that time, I think the first time I got it from eggs that weren't poached properly, the white was still quite runny and the second time my husband had fish, that's the only thing different I didn't eat, such a shame to ruin a holiday, but on the bright side at least the waist line looked better for a while.
