The handlebar, wheel axle and especially the pedals and bottom bracket must also be lubricated! Then you will not be able to unscrew them because of the reaction of aluminum and a broken frame. on the fork axle, even on the video, you can see scuffs

I built this winter of 2019-2020 and it took like a month or two to get everything the frame was kinda back ordered.

Wanted to ask as well. Did you have to get a bracket for the rear brake? I ordered an absolut frame a few weeks ago. I have to wait until June so I’m grabbing all my parts now. Thanks man!

Eddie M This is a 2020 frame, I got it straight from commencal. I think they’re on to their 2021 color ways already.
@@MichaelChungbin Yeah, thats what it seems.. I ordered the all silver with the Rockshock DJ. I'll just have to go a little overboard and get it painted the way I want. Price on full build?
Hi, I just wanna ask, what is the arm length of your SLX crank and is it 32T or 34T?
The cranks were 175mm and I was running a 32t chainring.

I have a question about the i9 hubs? Did it come with a cassette? Or did you have to buy a single speed adapter? And what what was the rear size hub caps?
I got the single speed hubs. They’re 135 bolt on.
@@MichaelChungbin I’m still confused? When you bought the i9 hubs did it come with the single speed cassette? Or did you have to buy one?
@@MichaelChungbin and was the rear 12x135 or QRx135
@@Plutotr33 the rear hub is 10x135 bolt on. With a smaller Shimano driver body. I just slapped a 12t cog on there.

What would you recommend as a bugdet/entry dirt jumper?
My Name commencal has a complete that’s super solid as an entry level build.
Its depend where are you from. Different markets have their own price leaders. I'm a fan Commencal, but I know a number of better deals in Europe.
Idk but i would look at CTM Bikes (small company) or Rose Bikes If u Just want it to Work...

i got the 2021 version of the frame and the I nine dirt jump 305 don't fit in the rear dropouts
how did you make it
I got the I9 Single speed hub with a 135x10 bolt on spacing. I built these wheels up.
