Man the meaning of this video is so deep. Its all about reality vs. party and escape. I know that when I party with trini people, I dont have a care in di world. Just wanna drink rum and dance on all woman. Its just the greatest escape from problem. But when di party done, its back to work and life and all the problems that bring people down. Thats what the beach signifies, the sun rising and shedding light on the reality that these girls have to return to. The girls are boss. Straight up run the whole night. Damn. Trinidad.

The video is a reflection of partying in Trini style. It captures the true essences of it, the wrongs , the rights, the reflection after it all (sea side). When we party.. black, white, poor, rich we party and at the ending PArty Done. Beautiful video and concept in such a short space of time. Respect to Machel and his team Great Work.

At the end of the day, each person's opinion is their own but honestly to say the song doesn't match the video? It matches well. Open your minds to think outside the box a little nuh people. They had a good time and didn't have a care in the world; reach in de dance and de party done. They caused it! But then their party was over too; dawning of a new day and back to the grind.

This video is not responsible for the shit your children go through, you are. The last thing you need to worry about is a video. If you find the video offensive, why would you allow your child/ren to look at it. This is great! great concept, good directing & good execution. Hands down best soca video since ' it's carnival '. As someone who has studied media for 4 years this is top quality. I didn't expect it to be this good. Soca music videos are becoming less generic & i love it, this is the turn our video presentations have to take in order to capture the foreign audiences. For those of you who don't get what the concept it, it's simply about some girls that went out and had a wild night, ended up on the beach next morning, then their 'PARTY DONE'. At least you got a story line that has to do with the song, cause if this were a dance track you would've had to watch a couple hamsters walking around like humans dancing in a club and playing football or something of the sort.
Moral of my comment, this music video is dope and those of you whom are of another opinion, I respect your right to express your disappointment but sincerely I believe your disappointment goes unnoticed by the people that know better.
Video makes a lot of sense. Seem like some people need arrows along with the lyrics to be able to relate to the song sheesh!!! where ever the girls went the party done cuz they distressed a few and pissed of most while having a good time. Now if I'm in Aria and cant find the key to my porche most definitely the party done!!!!

One of the best trini music video i've seen. Great direction.
First of all to you illiterate and closed minded people, all videos don't have to be literal. The girls obviously came from poor backgrounds and that night was an escape for them: one of the girls snuck out of her house, they stole the alcohol, were rolling in a 280C taxi, went to Aria (which is seen as stush and upscale) and then stole a Porsche Cayenne. When they got to the beach scene, the high was over- the party was done and it was back to their reality. I found the concept was excellent and the acting was on point. To the people who talked about Angela's size, she was freaking pregnant at the time and Anya did a great job with her outfit concealing it. Thumbs up to Machel and the director 👍👍

I really do love the concept brought forward from this video,it brought something that I definitely wasn't looking for. Personally this video told a story, this is a part of Trinidad and Tobago culture that we often to try to hideway forgetting that this what helps make us into what we are.

I do not quite understand why people have a such a hard time understanding artistry. There are endless moods that inspire all types of music. Hi Guys, The concept of the video is that anywhere the girls went they both excited the environment and they also caused havoc. The song shows the nature of some Trini girls who love to hype a party, they come to be the life of the party so to speak. Its either you love them or hate them because if you thought you were the best dancer or wine-er at the party, when they come through, your reign done, because they can do it better!! Hence the party done
