Depends on the thickness of panel. I'm using delta panel in australia, their website has all the specs, checkit out. My ratings are all higher than conventional building. Luckily in Aus we need awning/shade all around, so this greatly eliminates the amount of sun hitting the walls. Front fix windows are used in this construction, which also helps eliminate the transfer as the frameout is minimal.
Rock wool is best, but heavyweight and pricier, but effective, and a 'greener' choice. Sound values are usually average unfortunately... nothing special there
This was installed in coastal North Queensland where cold is not an issue. If thermal conduction was a problem for the bottom channel could be replaced with 2 separate metal angles to ensure a thermal break at the bottom. In either case the thermal bridging in this structure is easily 10x less than a timber or metal stud wall which is the standard construction method in this part of the world.
Usually The connecting grooves are lined with a flexible mastic before putting together. Then each panel joint is also sealed externally after clicking together. This joint is primary place of water ingress and must be maintained, especially on the roof. The correct sealant must be used, do not use inferior quality sealant! Be sure the joints are dust free before application: alcohol wipe if needed
Usually the panels are 1000 or 1200 wide. A hollow section runs parallel to one edge of the panel, so there are vertical electrical channels every metre. You will never have to worry about cutting them again, because you always know where they are
I dont speak on behalf of this particular company, but answer in general because I am building in it currently... Depends on the thickness for price. Steel SIP build is similar to convention, but gets rid of so many processes, and replaces each process with superior product✅️ Channels are standard u channel with rolled edge, very thin. For cyclone rating, channels are deeper, and an extra length of 6mm angle steel at floor level, and externally a 6mm plate from channel to slab/edge beam, is bolted through the panel. The only foe of panel or steel is fire. Be as fireproof as possible on your surrounding property.
Stunning finish
Looks amazing
Nice
How it can stand to -10 Celsius?
How fast the cold breach inside?
What's you R-value / insulation coefficient on your wall and roof panels? Do they comply with local regulations?

Cyclone rated and passed by a very tough council...
Hi. How do your panels perform for soundproofing? Thank you
If you use the high densed glass or rock or something looks fiber wool inside of the panels, you will have soundproof wall

Bottom rail will transfer the heat and cold to the inside to suck up all the energy.
So very cold winters, you will have lots of cold air coming inside?

Классно!!! А с наружи фасад надо заделавать?
Можно использовать без дополнительной внешней и внутренней отделки. Видели здания для семейных "Магнитов"? Материал тот же, если я не ошибаюсь.

do you guys have any suppliers in the US?
Awesome do you have a supplier in South Africa?
I see electric sockets in the wall. Is the wiring inside the panels? Is there hollow Chanel’s or something?

Please tell me how to get your product in the Philippines
How did you install the windows and doors into it?

Where are you located? And what's the price for the tracks and panels?
