Some animatronics we've had for awhile, some we buy off of EBAY or other websites that see pre-owned animatronics and some off of friends or other collectors.
I really don't like this one. I wonder how many other people would still like it if she was holding a dog instead of a cat. I know I'm probably taking it too seriously, but I just feel like there is so much cruelty to animals already, that I can't help but see some evil kids getting ideas from this prop.
She is one of the best witches ever done! And my favorite in the market! You guys rocks 🤘🏽

Lol she is pretty funny! It took about 30 minutes setup time. The cauldron took us a bit to put together.
