The reason the smoke and the arms are changed was 1# kids used to inhale the smoke 2# some kids put their fingers in the arms and got stuck

i think its because puppets are not in carnivals
@@carolinaruiz1366 yeah he is because he’s dressed up in like carnival clothes and on the spirit Halloween poster it said main attractions in the theme was carnival. and puppets are really common in carnivals
