I definitely have a feeling that John Boyega is gonna pull a Robert Pattinson, and start getting incredible film roles after a really terrible movie franchise screwed him over. Can’t wait to see what he does next!
john boyega has 2 advantages: 1 - some, maybe half the people who saw the sequel trilogy like it for some unknown reason, and 2 - boyega was a better actor in those than Pattinson was in twilight.

"How great Thou art?" I am surprised John Boyega could stand the sound of that hymn, as it was originally a Swedish hymn ("O store Gud"). I have a feeling John Boyega intensely dislikes Sweden, as he hates anything white and Sweden, with its population with historically large numbers of white, blue-eyed and blonde-haired people is no doubt bad in his esteemed opinion!

I live in Argentina now and I'm from Brixton my dad was a sound system man lived on the frontline. I watched part one and two yesterday, i thought it was about small axe the sound but it was even better, growing up in the 70s first gen black brit it brought back loads of memories. I love where it's going im connected to the show in many ways being that i worked in the ethic film and tv industry for bbc ch4 itv bfi...production and actors have come a long way....Proud of where its got to.

@@Judy-ze8uy it's part of a series called Small Axe, this episode won't go up on Prime until 4th December I believe.
I just “Googled” How to watch this series in Canada, turns out it hasn’t been licensed yet to play here. They recommend changing my VPN somehow. I’m not a tech person. I’ll let Amazon know of my frustrations. Thank you everyone for helping me.

Looks good - will it truly represent the racism in the Met Police of the time?
I think it will many black and Asian officers from that time period share similar accounts of their experiences within the British police force. Whether it continues into present day idk but I think it brings up an interesting point about how black families view the police force. As a black man or women entering the force your instantly perceived as a traitor at the most sell out at the least . You loose access and trust within the community because of that badge. That same mentality doesn't follow on within law or government career paths even though literature would suggest that they are just as guilty of institutional racism

To be honest, I'm not a fan of John Boyega. Somehow his public appearances on talk shows have soured him for me and I always see the actor now, not the character.
