2 Chainz wasn’t referring to layering scents but the fact that at Bond Boutiques they can mix a selection of their fragrances together in one bottle for a custom scent. That’s why his bottle was blank.
I am aware of the custom scent program but if that is the case here, I wish that was clarified more; otherwise I can really only go off of what he and GQ gives me.

Bvlgari pour homme soir was the very first fragrance I bought for myself when I started working 2015, and I never saw it again in stores. Dope fragrance!

I tested out Bvlgari Pour Homme Extreme at a fragrance outlet before I left LA. Was super surprised it was there, and no one was bothering to test it or trying to buy it. They had a lot of bottles last time I was there. Hopefully they’re still there when I go back in a few months cause that stuff smells incredible. If they still got stock I’ll hit you up Manny. Always respected Action Bronson, but because of this I’m a fan now

Gypsy Water has an absolute fire opening, I wish it stayed that way longer because I think the dry down is really floral and takes a hard feminine turn which is still doable but so delicate smelling, need to layer it with something I think

It irks me too when people misuse adjectives like calling any fragrance they don’t like “strong”, or any food they like “sweet” lol
I don’t blame people for not knowing how to articulate because I don’t expect more casual enthusiasts to be as educated.
But yeah, it’s still a little bit of a nuisance. :P
I like the L'Immensité women’s fragrance I have from LV i feel it’s good for men with the notes that it has
Interesting choices. And since this is the initials channel :) my favourite fragrances are: 1) C.B 2) O.W 3) A.C 4) N.R.F.H Edp 5) B.K by Ysl. Also the ozonic-oceanic kind of fragrances have a cheap vibe about them. That shower gel smell that I also find unattractive.

Aventus mixed with br540 is a good combo. I'm not a fan of aventus on its own. Mixed with 540 is something I can wear. Chains sound like he wants to be the only one wearing a fragrance he like. I remember over 20 years ago. I was in high-school I bought aqua di gio when it was just released. Everyone asked me what you wearing. I told them. Fast forward 4 years. I started disliking it because every man in my city had it. Lol. I smelled it everywhere.

I wore Guerlain L'Homme Ideal Extreme as my SOTD and I'm rocking a great cheapie as my SOTN, Cremo's Bourbon & Oak. 2 Chainz is probably just repeating what the sales girl at the store told him to sell him on it. LOL I've tried to explain that same thing to about cologne/perfume to guys at my church and office for a long time. When they ask, I tell them I wear perfume and you can see the braincrack happening to them. It's actually really funny how tied into gender norms they are when speaking of the subject. Even when I give them samples and explain it's perfume, they tell me after they've used it, "thanks for that cologne, bro." LOL
Some people feel like they have to live and die by gender norms, yeah. What can ya do, ugh. :P

BR 540 with aventus I think the 540 will come off stronger but the skin chemistry thing is definitely minimal especially from a synthetic, linear scent
What do you think is the most niche fragrance on this series so far?
It goes without saying, there have been a ton of niche fragrances and brands already featured here...
So if I had to pick between the more "fringe" choices to answer your question, I'd say Emmitt Smith's Arabian Oud or Tyson Fury's Clive Christian.

Bro comments on everything 😂 this could’ve been a 5-7min video had he only focused on the actual scents and not every stuff the guests are saying
Breaking the scents down is one thing, but there are a ton of reviews on a lot of these already.
So my videos are more or less about unpacking and critiquing the comments of the celebs regarding scent [which isn't the easiest thing for them to articulate to begin with].
Mind you, if you know how to unpack all of this yourself, that's one thing; but these videos are more or less for others who want and/or are open to this level of context.
