I believe this video was made at Steve Armstrongs dojo on the corner of 56th and South Tacoma Way in Tacoma, Washington. The dojo is long gone, but I remember it well.

I know who Robert Edwards is and Mel Cherry, not personally but I know who they are. George Shin was my instructor many moons ago.
My bad ill clarify, the dojo is still on hilltop one street over from tacoma general behind the church . ...... Marvin is Robert Edward's nephew. They got a team up there still. @DG-oq8hj
