Mahi Mahi in a creamy Mushroom Sauce
Ingredients list

3 Mahi Mahi fillets
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp salt, lemon seasoning (or all purpose or fish fish seasoning)
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp mixed herbs (thyme, parsley, basil)
1-2 tbsp butter
1/2 red onion
5 small mushrooms
1 cup double cream/ heavy cream
1/2 tsp salt, thyme and garlic powder
Fresh parsley for garnish

I love Mahi Mahi some say it's Dolphin I don't know how true. BUT I actually curried my it was delicious. It's a firm fish so good for grilling also

It is called a “common dolphinfish” in some areas, but it is not a dolphin or porpoise.

I love Mahi mahi. I usually lightly bread it and bake in the oven with melted butter. This recipe looks great. I happen to only have salmon on hand right now so I’ll try it with that first. Thanks!

I use that creamy mushroom sauce for a nice pork dish. Mahi Mahi to me is the pork of fish and I think this would be absolutely delicious.

It's actually a type of dolphin and really do taste great, just as good as salmon. I usually have it grilled though
