Thanks for watching …. Can’t really remember how long it took for sure. I don’t want to tell you wrong. The time all depends on the size of the breast, cooking temp … etc. I cook by internal temperature of whatever I’m cooking. In this case a chicken breast is done when it hits 165° and time will vary.

Do you remember the total cook time ? Having guest and don't want them waiting too long. haha
I believe it was about 1hr 45 minutes or so. I cook by meat temperatures and don’t rely on time. 165° internal temp on the breast and it’s good to go. The time all depends on what temp your cooking at and the size of the meat or breasts in this case. Your best and consistent results will be cooking by meat temperatures. The times are just estimates ... too many variables to rely on time alone.
@@SmokinSteve thank you for replying, I always cook by internal temp but first time cooking this with guest coming I'm gonna plan on 2 hrs will do low and slow for smoke for the first hour or so...... Thanks, learning a lot from your videos.
