Thank you I just attempted to watch 4 other videos from other RUclipsrs and none of them explained where to connect everything like the black into ground and the red into positive and the resistor in the same column as the short pin. You were the only one that explained this. Kudos.

I was trouble shooting a different (but very similar led circuit) for over 45 frustrating minutes. Turns out I had the positive and negative sides of my LED mixed up. 😥
