What an amazing moment that was with Elton and em at the end. They're still good friends to this day.
Elton John with his powerful voice in the chorus and piano just makes the stage explode and all the audience detonate. Eminem is amazing as always.
eltons piano in this is crazy

BLOODY WORLD CLASS.
this is the version we didnt know we needed until we heard it
Can‘t imagine these kinda rap perfomances nowadays. They be mumbling some gucci shit
Gee time isn’t friendly to anything, bro
Correct...like mac donalds or Ikea put some sugar in it and the mainstream will consume it...such poor quality...brainless and zero talent. filling their pockets..only thing that concers them..buying gucci toilet paper or something
Yes I’m old school rap fan too.The young,no have nothing on the og’s of the game. Its not true rap no more.
@@jordanspencer7992 there’s still plenty of lyrical rappers. Rap has become such a big genre that most listeners are casual and don’t listen to lyrics that much and just want catchy lyrics
🤣🤣 For sure
My favourite Eminem performance. I love his friendship with Elton.
2024 and Eminem is still the man! G.O.A.T.
One of the most memorable duos in history 💛
I remember this , they were trying to cancel shady for being homophobic so he pulled this shit out . Love EM
The piano arrangements are great. Elton improves the song
I think the piano is a perfect addition for sure, but I do prefer dido's performance on the hook, her voice works perfectly with the vibe of the song
@@bobslayer1285 they both hit is similar but different ways, I think I prefer this one though.
Bernie Taupin probably arranged it for him...like, uh, his whole career
@@kevinwalsh4652bernie taupin never worked with the music it was only his lyrics you buffoon. elton composed all the music to his lyrics in a matter of minutes in fact
@@kevinwalsh4652Bernie writes the lyrics of Elton’s songs, Elton writes the music so he’s the one who came up w the arrangement and how it’s played here
The best part is how half the time he changes shit and half the time he doesn’t
i think when he gets in the moment he forgets to censor himself lol
imagine a day where you could be able to express yourself by saying whatever the hell you want on the grammys and mainstream media. Think about it this way, eminem got as big as he with cussing. So why should he censor something that is apart of what got him nominated in the first place
@@ripwakez955 I mean, Will Smith didn't have to cuss in his raps to sell records.... so. But then again, I can just imagine that Eminem would say something like "well I do, so fuck him and fuck you too!"
I liked the part where he said "bitch" but literally couple lines later changed "shit" to "shut"
@@johanneswielenga6902 i wanna finish the line but i think the youtube algorithm will think i'm being mean to you... lol
Damn, that was an amazing performance.
Pure musical perfection
I bet Elton and Eminem just got goose bumps hearing each other. Driving eachother to anohther level. Legendary
You know it must be said how great on the fly Eminem can clean up most of the swears. That's not easy to do when you're used to writing and performing a certain way. Your muscle memory doesn't necessarily stop and think "change the word". So bravo. And beautiful with Elton John
It took me a while to realize he was, too, since he does it so smooth
He said shit a few times lol. Can’t blame him too much because he was probably so used to it
Eminem has such power and emotion behind his voice. Stan is one of the saddest but most badass songs ever created. Eminem is such a master of his craft. Nobody like Em ❤️
Love this version and this performance. So clean.
That was a perfect performance!!❤❤❤
Happened to be in the crowd during this performance, we literally had no idea Elton was going to also perform, everyone was so shocked but Em stole the show
I discovered Em through a small radio i had back in 2004 i didnt know english back then but somehow i was just blown away since then he is my idol his music got me through all kinds of tough times
LEGENDARY PERFORMANCE!

they compliment each other so well beautiful
A lot of people dont realize how important of a collaboration this was at the time. Eminem got so much heat for using the "other" F-word as much as he did and this performance really put a rest to all that nonsense.
I guess the critics realized if one of the most famous gay men in history can be alright with a word, then they should be too.
There’s a lot here we should all take away from this performance and what you just wrote.
That piano performance is absolutely phenomenal !
A perfect performance of what is in my opinion Eminem's most unique song.
ooooooooooh. i might have to disagree. his most unique to me is hailie's song. very vulnerable, especially in a time the media was tearing him to shreds, and he tried to do something new as he never really sang instead of rapped before. stan is beautiful too though.
No one talks about how Elton John sings so smooth
I thought it was pretty choppy. But almost every comment here is going on about how great Elton was. I like the original better, but Elton John f*cking rules (more as a solo artist than doing the chorus for Em.) I’m glad he performed with Em, but the contrast of Dido’s very smooth voice sounds better to me with this song. I’m glad everyone else loved Elton’s version though. Hopefully a lot of new people discovered his old songs through this. ❤
I am grateful I’ve seen this legend live 4 times now in England. Loved every moment of every show
Elton is a classy man, a beautiful one...a genius, musically. And clearly knows how to recognise talent. Love to them fucking both.
Elton John started feeling the groove around 2:19
And it gets funkier around 4:56
Those chords went so well with the song! Rent was surely due
3:45 The emotions he put in.. 🤏🏽👓🥺
The aggression in Ems performance is second to none....He gives it all.
Stanlij en sing for the moment blijft een beste songs eruit
It’s arguably the greatest song ever written an this is the greatest live performance ever!
